Sino British Connection: New Era, New Shandong Cuisine – 25h November 2021

On the 25th of November 2021 CNTO London, China Hour, The British Museum, London Chinatown Chinese Association, China Minutes, UK Chinese Food Festival and Make It China all connected virtually to share fascinating cultural interests themed around Shandong Cuisine. Sino British Connection: New Era, New Shandong Cuisine focused on the stories behind classic Shandong eats. The cross-cultural event gathered a diverse selection of guests and included a study into food-linked articles in the British Museum as well as Michelin chef-approved cooking! As a result of the broad mixture of activities, the event was a marvellous success.
