As part of All Under One Moon 2021, CNTO London had the pleasure of supporting the latest edition of Chinese Cookalong Live! During the enjoyable event, attendees learned how to cook the classic Sichuan delicacy, Mapo Tofu. The Make It China team were joined by special guests, author, presenter, and writer Yasemen Kaner-White and Michelin chef Joe Bartlett!
